- **Position Overview**:_
We are looking for an **Sales Associate** to join our team at the **SVM Experience Center** in Royapettah, Chennai. This role involves engaging with customers across the city, promoting our innovative EV motorcycles, and driving sales in high-traffic areas like malls, city centers, institutions, industries, and major events such as auto expos.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Customer Focus**:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail accounts.
- Understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions, offering excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing exceptional after-sales support and resolving queries effectively.
- **Sales & Business Development**:_
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work across multiple channels to identify, generate, and qualify new sales leads.
- Focus on expanding the customer base while ensuring repeat business through excellent customer engagement.
- **Sales Process & Performance Tracking**:_
- Use CRM tools and office technologies to track orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
- Review daily sales progress with your Team Leader, setting and adjusting targets as required.
- Participate in all sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continually develop your skills.
- **Product Knowledge & Learning**:_
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of SRIVARU Motors' products, technology, and sustainability initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in electric vehicles (EV) and sales techniques, actively participating in training programs to enhance knowledge.
- **Consultative Selling & Negotiation**:_
- Utilize strong consultative sales skills to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Leverage your negotiation and interpersonal skills to close deals effectively while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- **Team Collaboration & Reporting**:_
- Collaborate with the customer experience team and showroom colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate sales-related data, reviewing it regularly to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and achieve individual and team goals.
- **Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking**:_
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills in addressing customer issues or sales obstacles.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to continuously improve performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Must have skills**:_
Experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales skills with a consultative approach to customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use office technologies, CRM software, and sales tracking tools effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across different departments.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to navigate challenges and drive results.
**Note**:The position is based at our **SVM Experience Centre, Royahpet, Mount Road, Chennai.**
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
