**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant/service area.
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest service with a focus on satisfaction and quality.
- Greet and welcome guests, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service.
- Guide and support service staff (stewards/servers) during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
- Train new service team members and assist in ongoing training.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers to maximize revenue.
- Prepare shift reports, inventory records, and assist with stock control if required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality/F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience in fine dining, cafes, or premium casual dining setups.
- Knowledge of F&B service and basic Liquor.
