
F&b Service Captain

**Job Summary**:
The Service Captain is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of service staff to ensure exceptional customer service, smooth restaurant operations, and adherence to quality standards. This role serves as a key liaison between guests, service staff, and kitchen staff, playing a critical role in enhancing the overall dining experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and guide servers, bussers, and food runners during service.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assign tables and ensure proper rotation and section coverage.
- Maintain service standards and ensure consistency in food and beverage delivery.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, promotions, and any changes in operations.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new service staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and drink service.
- Handle guest feedback, and special requests efficiently.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in inventory, stock control, and daily operational checklists as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or restaurant management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
