**Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs.
- Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist customers with test drive arrangements and vehicle selection.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Support**:

- Support sales staff in tracking customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and special offers.
- Facilitate the sales process by scheduling appointments and managing customer documentation.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Manage customer records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Process and track customer feedback and survey responses.
- **Customer Experience Management**:

- Ensure a welcoming and organized showroom environment.
- Provide post-purchase support, including assisting with vehicle delivery and orientation.
- Implement customer retention strategies and follow-up activities.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the service department to coordinate service appointments and repairs.
- Collaborate with marketing to communicate promotional activities and events.
- Assist in organizing showroom events and customer appreciation activities.
