**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to achieve client objectives.
- **Keyword Research and Targeting**: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to identify and optimize high-value opportunities for campaigns.
- **Ad Creation and Optimization**: Develop engaging ad copy and creative assets, continuously optimizing for performance and improving click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**: Manage and allocate PPC budgets effectively, optimizing bids and costs to ensure maximum ROI.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor campaign performance and key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA) using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting platforms.
- **A/B Testing**: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to identify and scale the most effective approaches.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and the overall digital marketing landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and strategy teams to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- **Certification**: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are preferred.
- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
- **Attributes**: Detail-oriented, proactive, creative thinker, and a strong communicator with a passion for digital marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
