**Project Design, Monitoring and Reporting**
- Design a Project as per discussions / need of the project beneficiaries with specific objectives / outcomes and targets, keeping beneficiary at center of any project design.
- Design Monitoring Frameworks for the Project and streamline the data collection points.
- Define the project success criterion and align with project design and capacity building of team.
- Be Responsible for field monitoring and data analysis.
- Support projects to improve project performance on ground through course correction/ recommendations.
- Submit Weekly/Monthly reports on Project performance and key insights and gaps

**Training and Execution of monitoring plan**:

- Train the field team to build competencies for execution of field monitoring plan.
- Develop Annual plan of execution with outcomes and milestones and submit same to PH for approval
- Ensures that lessons learned and proposed corrective actions, adaptations and innovations for future are documented

**Experience**:

- 8-10+ years of working experience in designing Projects and coupling M & E plans with project design.,
- Prior experience in successful execution of monitoring tools and methods.

**Technical Skills**:

- Development Project Design
- Monitoring tools, techniques and methods.
- Quantitative and Qualitative Data analysis
- Technical report writing and report review experience
- Presentation skills related to communication of monitoring findings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
