**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Data Collection**:

- Collaborate with various departments/ people to ensure accurate and timely data acquisition.
- Monitor data collection process and methodologies being used on field.
- ** Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation on procedures (written in English expected).
- Train staff/ community workers/ supervisors on data collection and entry.
- ** Data Entry**:

- Perform regular data entry and ensure data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain databases (in Excel) and ensure data integrity.
- ** Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to align data-related activities.
- Work with field-personnel, Ummeed team and local Organisation which is a partner of Ummeed
- Provide support and guidance to team members regarding data-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma ( in Commerce, Science, Data Science, or a related field).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry and/or Montitoring/Evaluation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity in other data collection or analysis tools and softwares is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to train field-team and community workers in the data-collection tools and data reporting processes
- Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi (spoken and written) is required
- Well versed in English (written and oral)
- Willingness to travel with identified 5 blocks of Yavatmal and to Sevagram (Wardha)

**Work timings**:
5 days a week Mon-Friday, 9am to 5pm (or similar 8 hours per day as required by the Field-Teams)

**Other Benefits**:
Fixed Telephone Allowance at Rs. 300/- per month or as and when recharged
