**Monitoring and Evaluation Officer(Female)**

**Mumbai Mobile Creches**

Mumbai Mobile Creches is a non-profit organisation that has supported health, safety and education of children living on construction sites for the last four decades. It runs comprehensive day care centers on construction sites, serving children who are among the most vulnerable of the urban poor. It has been a pioneer in developing early childhood education programmes and curriculum. In Mumbai, it serves over 4500 children through approximately 20 centers every year.

Mumbai Mobile Creches is seeking an experienced person who can efficiently pursue, manage and strengthen relationships with Mumbai Mobile Creches’ corporate, institutional and individual donors.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop data collection formats, obtain &analyze programme specific data, and generate programme reports
- Ensure timely digitization and cleaning of data to achieve maintain data accuracy
- Undertake periodic field visits to verify and authenticate data, capture case studies and to assess M&E systems
- Analyze data to generate significant highlights for specified periods
- Help develop and implement the organisation’s communication, documentation and information strategies
- Sort and maintain accurate records of print materials and audio visual media including photographs and videos on monthly basis
- Supporting the development and modification of process documentation and tracking systems.
- Assisting Research and Documentation Coordinator in developing MIS based on a defined set of indicators.
- Assisting Research and Documentation Coordinator in leading primary research, research design and implementing data collection and secondary research.
- Assisting Research and Documentation Coordinator in developing content for newsletters, annual report, and any other publications including butnot limited to public awareness materials such as, brochures, posters, online blogs etc.
- Assist Fundraising Department in creating communication materials
- Assist all other departments with specific data requests

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Minimum 2 years in Research, Monitoring and evaluation
- Ability to work independently and deliver the desired outcome will be valued.
- Strong technical competence in research and monitoring and evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in data entry and analysis
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good knowledge and understanding of education issues, gender issues, including community involvement in schools.

Mumbai Mobile Creches’ administrative office is in South Mumbai. Working hours are 9.30 am - 5.30 pm. Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month is a holiday.

Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
