**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and create** motion graphics for video deliverables such as promotional videos, explainer videos, social media content, and more.
- **Develop animations** for logos, titles, lower thirds, and other graphic elements for video production.
- Collaborate with the creative team to **conceptualize and storyboard** animations that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines.
- **Edit video footage** and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to **understand the project goals** and deliver content that resonates with the target audience.
- **Optimize graphics and animations** for a variety of platforms, ensuring compatibility with different devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on current design trends and techniques to bring innovative ideas to each project.
- **Ensure timely delivery** of high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- **Revise and refine** designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- **Proven experience** (2-4 years) as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role.
- **Proficiency in design software** such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- 3D Knowledge with software like maya, blender, cinema4D(plus)
- Strong **understanding of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling**.
- **Experience in video editing** and creating visual effects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
- Strong **time management skills** and ability to meet deadlines.
- **Creative thinker** with attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
