We're looking for a Motion graphic designer who can comfortable with Visualise Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, 3D Character Animation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (Corporate Videos, eLearning, Websites, Marketing Demos, Social media, etc.)
We are looking for a professional Motion Graphics Artist and Animator who is creative and enthusiastic about creating high-quality, engaging content.
1. Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic projects.
2. Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
3. Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
4. Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design.
5. Work with editors, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
6. Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
7. Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
8. Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
10. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
12. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
**Mandatory Skills**:
Build great motion graphic designs using 2D characters, libraries, assets, and visual elements. Use pro-tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop to create a design and video assets. Support and assist with large-scale projects, and manage assigned daily animation tasks. Should have the ability to understand how to design and animate from storyboards. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Animate, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop is a must for the position of Motion Graphics Artist & Animator.

**Salary**: ₹8,268.24 - ₹34,096.67 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
