Core Responsibilities:
Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)
Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project
Lead, defined and implemented User Experience design initiatives for new projects
Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
Create from scratch or clean floor plan maps in graphical format
Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
Conceptualize and design UI experience for responsive web design
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Aligned and accounted for design efforts in an Agile Development environment
Designed and upgraded the User Experience (workflow, interaction & visual design) for new and existing digital signage customers
Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
Strong portfolio of design projects
Background in project management and research
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
Problem-solving aptitude
BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
