We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to design content for software platform that meet people’s needs. You will create art and content for leading multinational clients to be used in their marketing and advertising campaigns whether internal staff facing or end customer facing.

In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and capture the brand's journey that they are trying to create. A strong portfolio of successful motion graphics and other technical projects is essential.

Ultimately, you will make the content that will help clients market their products and campaigns better and help to visualize them at same time help clients use the platform for better content to publish for their communications.

Core Responsibilities:
Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)

Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project

Lead, defined and implemented User Experience design initiatives for new projects

Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile

Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics

Create from scratch or clean floor plan maps in graphical format

Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs

Conceptualize and design UI experience for responsive web design

Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Aligned and accounted for design efforts in an Agile Development environment

Designed and upgraded the User Experience (workflow, interaction & visual design) for new and existing digital signage customers

Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer

Strong portfolio of design projects

Background in project management and research

Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus

Problem-solving aptitude

BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
