**JOB PURPOSE**:
To conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and client expectations, enhancing the overall visual storytelling and engagement.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and creative direction.
- Conceptualize and storyboard animation ideas based on project requirements.
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Blender, or similar tools.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyze design techniques and solutions to create innovative motion graphics.
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphics design.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Animate.
- Strong understanding of CGI and 3D animation.

**PREFERRED SKILLS**:

- Well-organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
