**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Animation**: Develop and create original motion graphics, animations, and video content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and video ads.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Transform concepts, scripts, and storyboards into engaging visual narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all motion graphics and animations adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all media.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to deliver cohesive multimedia content.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion graphics, animation techniques, and design software to keep the content fresh and innovative.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content within deadlines.
- **Client Interaction**: Participate in client meetings to understand their vision and requirements, and present creative ideas and concepts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, color theory, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to create both 2D and 3D animations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience with video editing and sound design is a plus.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics, animation, and video editing work is required.

- Creative thinker with a strong visual sense.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
