**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and posters.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Ensure all designs are of high quality, engaging, and consistent with brand identity.

2. **Motion Graphics**
- Develop captivating motion graphics and animations for videos, including intros, transitions, lower-thirds, and visual effects.
- Work closely with video editors to integrate motion graphics seamlessly into video projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics to continually improve and innovate.

3. **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Premiere Pro **to create and edit graphics and motion graphics.
- Maintain proficiency in other relevant software or tools as needed for specific projects.

4. **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with team members, including designers, marketers, and video editors, to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Communicate ideas, concepts, and progress clearly and professionally, both verbally and visually.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or a related field.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics skills.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

4. Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills.

6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

7. Experience with other relevant software or tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
