**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Design Creation**: Develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media ads, and other marketing materials.
- **Storytelling**: Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and designers to bring conceptual ideas to life, ensuring the motion design aligns with the overall vision and brand identity.
- **Visual Communication**: Use typography, color theory, and visual composition to craft compelling motion sequences that enhance the message and evoke the desired emotional response.
- **Video Editing**: Assist in editing video content, incorporating motion design, visual effects, and transitions to create engaging and polished final products.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, strategy, etc.) to ensure the seamless integration of motion graphics into overall campaign strategies.
- **Stay Current**: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software tools, and motion graphic techniques to ensure the agency is leveraging the best practices and innovations in design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, or similar role in the advertising or digital media industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design work, including animation, video editing, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, maya, blender, photoshop, illustrator and other related tools.
- Experience with video editing, audio synchronization, and creating custom animations from scratch.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for delivering top-notch visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving project needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D animation and motion graphics ( Blender, etc.).
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset creation.
- Experience in advertising or marketing campaigns is a plus.
