**About the Role**:
Glowing Digital is hiring a creative and results-oriented **Social Media and Graphic Design Expert**. If you breathe social media trends, love crafting compelling visuals, and want to work in a fast-growing digital agency — this is for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design engaging graphics for social media, ads, blogs, and websites.
- Manage and grow Glowing Digital's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars and reels strategy.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and performance marketing teams for campaigns.
- Stay ahead of design trends and platform algorithms.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year experience in social media and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content styles (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Carousels, etc.).
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
