As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for a skilled and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and manage high-performing paid media campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize ad performance.
  • Write and test compelling ad copy, extensions, and creative assets to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and daily performance to ensure efficient ROI and goal achievement.
  • Analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools to identify trends and insights.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness and landing page performance.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align paid strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, PPC Specialist, or similar paid media role in a digital marketing agency or in-house team.
  • Strong understanding of PPC principles, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Certification in Google Ads (Search, Display, or Performance Max) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid channels is advantageous.

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
