About Us: Scaling Wolves is a performance-first marketing agency that helps D2C and eCommerce brands scale profitably through data-driven strategies and paid ads. We manage multi-crore budgets across Meta and Google, and we’re now expanding our team of performance-driven marketers who can create impact through smart media buying. Role Overview: We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist / Media Buyer / Performance marketer and digital marketers who knows how to turn data into decisions and ad spend into scale. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, launching, optimizing, and scaling profitable campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display for D2C and eCommerce brands. This is a hybrid role combining campaign execution and team leadership. You’ll plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns while mentoring the team, managing workflows, and ensuring deliverables meet performance goals. We are only hiring for fulltime, in-office roles Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms. Lead, mentor, and manage the media buying, design, and content teams, including interns. Develop and execute full-funnel strategies tailored to D2C brands. Oversee budget allocation, scaling strategies, and performance optimization. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad creatives (static, video, UGC). Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages. Monitor campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR) and prepare detailed reports. Ensure timely execution of tasks and maintain smooth cross-team communication. Keep the team updated on industry trends, creative best practices, and platform changes. Required Skills & Tools: Proven hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube). Strong understanding of conversion tracking, UTM setup, and pixel implementation. Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager. Experience with eCommerce / D2C campaigns and scaling performance budgets. Analytical mindset with strong Excel / Google Sheets reporting skills. Understanding of landing page optimization and customer journey funnels. Bonus: Experience in Meta Ads or Performance Max scaling. What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Ability to take end-to-end ownership, from strategy to reporting. Passion for performance marketing, numbers, and experimentation. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be available for a full-time, in-office role in Kolkata.
