**About Us**:
Glowing Digital is a fast-growing SEO and digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses worldwide enhance their visibility, traffic, and sales. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an enthusiastic **SEO Telecaller** to join our team and help connect potential clients with our SEO and digital marketing solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our SEO and digital marketing services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our SEO packages and marketing solutions.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client queries professionally and provide relevant information about services and pricing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Telecaller**, **Telesales Executive**, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
- Basic understanding of **SEO**, **digital marketing**, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or IT sales environment is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
