**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services to customers.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Understand and respond to customer needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collect feedback from customers and report insights to the team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies.
- Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a telecaller or in a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during customer interactions.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM/telecalling software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Experience in sales or lead generation.
- Familiarity with relevant products/services of the industry.
