About Us:

Glowing Digital is a fast-growing SEO and digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses worldwide enhance their visibility, traffic, and sales. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic SEO Telecaller to join our team and help connect potential clients with our SEO and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our SEO and digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our SEO packages and marketing solutions.
  • Maintain a detailed record of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle client queries professionally and provide relevant information about services and pricing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated to achieve targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Prior experience in a digital marketing or IT sales environment is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹25,000.00 per month
