As part of our expansion, we're seeking a talented Social Media and Graphic Design Manager to elevate our brand presence across platforms and create visually compelling content that connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.) to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Design high-quality visual content — including graphics, banners, infographics, and ad creatives — that align with our brand and campaign objectives.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Monitor social media performance and analytics, providing actionable insights for growth and optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, design tools, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all visuals and communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to visual detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing or agency work is a strong advantage.
