Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and trend-aware Graphics Designer to be a key player in shaping the social identities of our diverse clients. You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping visual content that not only looks great but also performs. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital culture, understands what captures attention online, and can translate brand strategy into compelling, high-impact designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of high-quality assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.), including posts, stories, reels, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with social media strategists to develop and execute visual concepts for client campaigns.
  • Develop and evolve brand identity guidelines for our clients, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form video content to boost audience engagement.
  • Design supporting marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and website assets.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging social media trends, design tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital agency or social media-focused role.
  • A strong portfolio that specifically showcases your work in digital branding and social media content creation.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • A deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles as they apply to mobile-first social media.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UI/UX design and tools like Figma.
  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro).
  • Illustration and animation capabilities.
  • A proven ability to create content that drives engagement and viral potential.
