**B2B Sales Officer(BPO)**

**Location**:Infopark,Kochi**

**Experience**:1-3 years in B2B Telesales**/Lead Generation/Appointment Booking **(International market experience preferred) with Excellent** **communication skills**

**Qualification**: Graduation in any stream (Business/Marketing preferred)
**Salary: Rs.20000-Rs.28000+ Incentives**

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in **B2B telesales/lead generation/appointment booking** (international market exposure preferred).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong **business acumen** and ability to engage with **C-level executives and decision-makers**.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a **results-oriented mindset**.
- Proficiency in **CRM systems** and **MS Office tools**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound B2B calls to decision-makers in the **International market**.
- Build rapport and engage with potential clients to identify and understand their business needs.
- Present and pitch company solutions, emphasizing **business value and ROI**.
- Collect accurate client details and maintain updated records in the **CRM system**.
- Overcome objections using **consultative sales techniques**.
- Book qualified meetings/appointments for the senior sales team or account managers.
- Achieve **weekly/monthly targets** for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and continuously improve sales strategies.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
