B2b Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers, to drive revenue growth.**:
- **Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share.**:
- **Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.**:
- **Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility among B2B clients.**:
- **Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, informing strategic decisions.**:
- **Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.**:
- **Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management for informed decision-making.**
**Qualifications**:
- **Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.**:
- **Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing within the FMCG food industry.**:
- **Skills**:
- **Strong negotiation and communication skills.**:
- **Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.**:
- **Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategies.**:
- **Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.**:
- **Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of hindi is a plus.**

- **Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Kerala and neighbouring regions.**:
