We are dedicated to expanding our business scope, from manufacturing to offering sports infrastructure facilities through our well-equipped research and development wing.Role Summary:The Territory Sales Executive – B2B will be responsible for identifying potential business clients (schools, corporates, gyms, academies, etc.), pitching product solutions, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory-specific B2B sales plansIdentify and onboard new institutional clients and bulk buyersMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat businessAchieve monthly revenue targetsCoordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, pricing, and supportReport daily/weekly sales activity and pipeline statusStay updated on product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trendsEnsure timely collection of payments from B2B clients within the agreed credit period of 15 to 30 days.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all B2B client transactions and credit arrangements.Candidate Requirements:Experience:1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, apparel, sports, fashion, lifestyle or consumer goodsB2B experience from service sectors like hospitality or software may also be consideredEducation: Graduate in any disciplineFreshers: Considered only if they demonstrate exceptional communication, drive, and learning attitudeSkills & Competencies:Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skillsExcellent follow-up discipline and client relationship managementMarket and product understanding in sports or fashion segment is a plusTarget-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable to fieldworkAbility to multitask and handle pressure in a performance-driven environmentWork Type: Full-time, Field-based roleTravel: Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
