Customer Relationship Executive

Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and suggestinginformation about other services.
- **Serves customers by providing company service information and lead closings.**:
- Opens customer accounts by recording Waitlist information.
- **Maintains customer records by updating detailed information.**:
- Daily follow-up with the operational team & updating lead status.
- **Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.**:
- Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- **Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**:
- To Manage Inbound and Outbound calls in a timely manner **Identify customer’s requirements, clarify information and provide them with there solution based on company policy**:
- Handle any required communication or coordination required betweenPartner’s(Tankers) and customers
- **Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits** Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source datafor computer entry
- **Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, andchecking the output**
**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Relationship or Lead Generation
**BPO experience is also acceptable**
Excellent communication skills **Strong teamwork abilities**
Effective listening and questioning skills
**Ability to handle customer interactions with sensitivity and professionalism**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
