**Job description Sales Counselor**
As a sales counsellor working for an international client, your primary job responsibilities would be providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. Your role would involve understanding their financial situations, explaining available options, and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Here are some specific responsibilities (After 4 weeks of Training) you might have:
Consultation: Connect with clients to discuss their financial challenges and understand their unique circumstances. Gather information about their debts, assets, income, and expenses to assess their financial health.
**Education**: Explain each option's potential consequences, benefits, and risks.
**Analysis**: Analyze the client's financial information to evaluate the viability and suitability of different solutions. Consider factors such as income, expenses, debts, assets, and the client's overall financial goals.
**Recommendation**: Based on the analysis, provide personalized recommendations to clients regarding the most appropriate strategy for their situation. Present the advantages and disadvantages of each option and help clients make informed decisions.
**Documentation**: Assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork and documentation required for the chosen option. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the forms to facilitate the process.
**Client Support**: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the process. Answer their questions, address concerns, and offer advice to help them manage their file effectively.
**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, referral partners, and other professionals in the industry. Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity in all business dealings.
**Continuous Learning**: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new developments in the field of insolvency and debt management. Attend training sessions and professional development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
