As we expand our presence, we're looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Social Media Customer Relationship Executive.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content, including visuals and captions, that aligns with our brand image.

**Customer Interaction**:Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, responding in a timely and personalized manner.
Proactively engage with customers to build a sense of community around our brand.

**Order Support**:Assist customers with order-related inquiries, providing order status updates and resolution of any issues.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

**Feedback Analysis**:Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Work closely with the product development team to relay customer insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and customer support.
- Instagram/ Facebook, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and a good understanding of industry trends.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹14,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
