**Role Overview**:
The Supply Demand & Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management. This role ensures efficient and cost-effective management of the supply chain to support multiple base kitchens and outlets (takeaway and dining).

**Daily Responsibilities**:
**1. System Reporting**:

- Access and review centralised command centre reports.
- Manage and resolve raised tickets.

**2. Monitor Outlets**:

- Oversee the movement and functioning of the warehouse.
- Coordinate with the storekeeper to ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are properly received.

**3. Follow-Up**:

- Monitor all POs and stock reports of all outlets.
- Manage the warehouse coordinator and review any observed gaps.
- Follow up with respective store leads to address these gaps.

**4. Supply Chain Management**:

- Share daily observations and manage the overall supply chain.
- Monitor warehouse and demand fulfilment, ensuring timely PO and logistics management.
- Oversee staff meals and ensure they are properly managed.

**5. Feedback**:

- Provide feedback to the COO regarding the health of the centralised supply chain.
- Review and report on wastage.

**6. Monthly Reporting Responsibilities**:

- Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on P&L, wastage, logistics, demand management, and other key parameters.
- Prepare outlet-wise consumption reports and highlight observed gaps.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply management, procurement, and logistics within the food technology or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
