As we continue to grow, we are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven **Procurement Executive/Associate** to support our operations with timely and cost-effective sourcing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support the company’s operational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality service delivery.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, vendor invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and generate periodic reports on purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (events, logistics, kitchen, admin) to forecast procurement needs.
- Track inventory levels and plan purchases accordingly to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in procurement or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and handle fast-paced requirements, especially during live events.
- Knowledge of event-related materials procurement is a plus.
