As a **Procurement Executive**, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach our customers with the highest standards of quality and reliability.

We’re looking for someone who can combine sharp negotiation skills with a deep sense of responsibility: a professional who can scout innovative products, build strong vendor relationships, and manage inventory with efficiency—ultimately helping us deliver excellence while keeping costs optimized.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scouting and identifying new products as per business needs.
- Searching for and onboarding new vendors (both online and offline).
- Negotiating prices, terms, and finalizing purchase orders.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and initiating re-ordering of materials.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Monitoring procurement costs and optimizing inventory levels.
- Handling GRN (Goods Receipt Note), quality checks, and managing return/replacement of defective materials.
- Supporting other related procurement and administrative activities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferred in [industry]).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management tools.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
