**About the role**:

As the Warehouse Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our supply chain effectiveness, ensuring that every aspect of our warehouse operations contributes to outstanding results. Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicated Warehouse Operatives, driving projects that deliver cost savings while upholding the highest standards. **Your responsibilities**:
ANALYTICS

Identify potential stockouts, benchmark safety stock basis 1/3/7-Day Forecast cover / Sales RR.
Measure weighted stock index and Stock availability basis forecasting norms.
Track slow moving inventory and suggest absorption through Alternative SKU.
Track Sale Phasing, Monitor DC space utilization vs truck detention across DCs.
Monitor Inventory levels & predict estimated closings for the month at county level.
Highlight excess inventory at DC over rolling forecast & suggest production cuts to control overall inventory.
End to End ownership of all Product masters, Location masters and Rolling forecast with 6 months horizon.
Drive Annual Stock Norms calculations to define Weeks of cover across DCs basis Safety stock, Cycle stock & Transit Stock.

POWER BI

Design & develop New Power BI dashboards to automate daily MIS.
Maintain Data Hygiene and debug existing Power BI decks basis changing business dynamics.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Supply team) to understand data needs and suggest new reports
Analyze datasets to uncover trends, insights and drive closer with Supply & Demand Planner.
Suggest future scope of Automation in current setup.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- At least 3-5 Years of experience in Supply Chain / Business analytics with similar profile.
- Ability to deep dive independently in business analytics, thereby should be self-driven.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills thus good knowledge in Excel is must.
- Should be able to draft good dashboards through extensive formulations.
- Experience in data modelling, visualization in Power BI would be must.
- Understanding of Supply Chain terms would be a plus.
- Strong Communication & Presentation skills.
- MBA / MS preferred but not mandatory.
