**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive**
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition professional** to join our HR team in Gurgaon. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring the right talent is identified and brought on board to meet our growing business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for mid-level roles in logistics, warehousing, supply chain and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary HR interviews
- Maintain and update the MIS, applicant tracking system (ATS) and dashboards.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives when required
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 1-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or consultancy within logistics, supply chain, or 3PL/4PL domain
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview formats, and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS software is a plus
