**We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to enhance our logistics operations. You will be responsible for vendor selection, optimizing truck usage, and ensuring smooth supply chain execution. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Select and induct transport vendors; optimize truck allocations using triangulation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms; track performance and resolve terminal escalations.
- Manage daily scheduling and execution of POs, ensuring FIFO docking and no pending orders.
- Address operational issues, including loading, accidents, and handling off-spec products.
- Prepare and publish logistics MIS; coordinate with sales, transporters, and terminals for efficient operations.
- Support safety investigations and manage marine insurance disputes.
- Monitor LSP performance; ensure logistics do not impact sales.
- Drive process improvements with logistics SAAS tools.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Forward TAT and product-wise TAT
- Zero service delays
- Safe-T claims management
- Reconciliation of LM bills.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- 1+ years in supply chain/logistics
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
