**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement & Sourcing**:

- Identify and source high-quality drone components and accessories from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage the ordering and purchasing process for drone equipment and spare parts, ensuring mínimal lead times.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all drone inventory (including components, spare parts, and finished drones).
- Monitor stock levels, set reorder points, and place orders as needed to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure the correct storage and handling of drone equipment.
- **Logistics & Distribution**:

- Oversee the distribution of drones, components, and related materials to required locations.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and materials within the supply chain.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure effective shipment handling and tracking.
- **Quality Control**:

- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure that drone components meet required standards and specifications.
- Manage the return or replacement of faulty items and troubleshoot issues with defective products.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and report key supply chain metrics (e.g., order fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, inventory turnover).
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Prepare regular reports on drone supply chain performance for management.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:

- Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align on project timelines and resource needs.
- Communicate with external vendors, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to drone operations and transportation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting the drone supply chain.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the drone, aerospace, or technology industries.
- Experience with inventory management systems, procurement processes, and logistics coordination.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with drone technology and components is a plus.
- Knowledge of customs and regulatory requirements related to drone shipments and international trade is advantageous.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
