**Role**:
As the senior executive in supply demand management, you will be responsible for executing and working on the end-to-end supply & demands within the operations to support the growth and efficiency of our outlets. You will collaborate closely with various teams (Franchise Partners, Cloud Kitchen Team, Company-owned Outlets), including procurement of material/supplies, purchase, stock, payments, vendor management and book-keeping to streamline the processes.

**Job location**: Gurugram (Travel Involved)

**Procurement and Vendor Management**:

- Identify and engage with reliable suppliers to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of raw materials.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost-effectiveness.

**Inventory Management**:

- Work closely with suppliers, outlet managers, an operations team to align activities with overall business objectives.

**Payments and Bookkeeping**:

- Own the payments to vendors as per the company policy and payment cycle.
- Manage banking transaction and organize book using Zoho accounting software.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in vendor management, book-keeping and inventory management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology in supply chain management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
