**Job Summary**
- This role is responsible for managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes for a large global business unit. The role enhances current business processes and performance metrics by leading regional and global business unit planning teams, and identifies opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes. The role contributes to special projects and communicates requirements to the global business unit planning teams.

**Responsibilities**:
**Process Improvement**:

- Analyze and map current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement process changes to enhance supply chain performance and reduce costs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and adjust as needed.

**Supply Chain Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with Customer Operations (Order Management), logistics, Planning and other supply chain functions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize supply chain performance.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in supply chain management.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary contact for supply chain projects, liaising with partners, customer and internal teams.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all supply chain projects and process changes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status, process improvements, and supply chain metrics to senior management.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and stored in a centralized repository.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and promote professional development.
- Manage team performance, provide feedback, and ensure project goals are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field Degree
- 4-5 years of experience in supply chain management, process improvement, or project management.
- High performer with additional certifications and learnings in Data Visualization, Data Integration, Microsoft 365, Six Sigma Green
- Belt Certified, Data Analytics and Integration, Digital and Cyber Security certifications.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain projects and improving processes.
- Delivered and lead analytics and automation projects on PowerBI, PowerApps, MS Flows, VB, SQL, Tableau etc.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Project Management or Process improvement (e.g., PMP, LSS Green/Black Belt)
