Executive - Warehouse Operations

**Job Title**: Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations Executive

**Location**: Anywhere in India ( Should be ready to relocate)
**Reports to**: Supply Chain Manager / Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations Executive is responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials through the supply chain, from receiving and warehousing to order fulfillment and dispatch. This role requires a strategic focus on optimizing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes while ensuring seamless coordination across various departments within the supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warehouse Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure that all processes related to receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping are executed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse is maintained in an organized, safe, and compliant manner.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment and stock rotation to meet demand.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient handling and transportation of goods.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, transportation, and distribution.
- Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Track and report on supply chain performance metrics, including delivery times, inventory turnover, and cost control.
- **Inventory Control & Management**:

- Oversee the management of inventory levels in both the warehouse and across the supply chain, ensuring adequate stock for order fulfillment while minimizing excess inventory.
- Implement and manage regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory records and take corrective actions to improve inventory management.
- **Logistics & Distribution**:

- Manage the coordination of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers or distribution centers.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and optimize shipping methods to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
- Work closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure efficient transportation and storage solutions.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations, (preferred).
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in logistics and warehouse management.
- Experience from organizations like GATI, OM Logistics, or any other supply chain is welcome.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with potential for overtime during peak periods.
- Work in a warehouse environment with possible exposure to varying temperatures.
- Occasional travel may be required depending on supply chain needs.
- This job may require periodic relocation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
