IT Business Partner-supply Chain

**JOB PURPOSE**:
Key Enabler of the K&B India Supply Chain & Manufacturing Operations Business & Technology Strategy execution. Influences, enables & drivers the digitization of our supply chain & manufacturing operations capabilities through tech strategy & roadmap development, business process consulting, high level technology solutioning, project delivery and relationship management.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Understand business vision/ambition, strategy & plan. Develop market leading technology strategy and a dynamic implementation roadmap that is aligned with global IT strategy and ensures a strong fit with regional business priorities.
- Partner with Supply Chain & Mfg. Ops leadership & their teams and global/regional IT resources to execute on the strategy & drive digital transformation.
- Monitor business outcomes out of technology investments. Partner with business leaders to encourage technology adoption and device innovative ways to maximize speedy delivery of business value.
- Stay on top of industry’s best practices, changing competition, customer, product landscape and technological innovations. Identify opportunities to bring new ideas, tools, products & approaches to Kohler.

**Delivery**:

- Drive end to end delivery of tech products & projects for business including design, build and deployment by collaborating with cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
- Own project ideation & charter creation, eliciting business requirements, high level solution identification.
- Collaborate with technical delivery resources and project management office to estimate & plan project delivery (scope, budget, resourcing, risk and mitigation).
- Ensure high quality tech products are being delivered by identifying comprehensive & rigorous test scenarios and assisting the users during UAT.
- Lead the selection, acquisition and contractual agreements for IT services and/or products and build effective partnership with key vendors. Representing Kohler’s interest strongly where required.
- Maintain strong awareness of relevant privacy & data security regulations and work with security & privacy teams to ensure solutions are compliant.

**Operations**:

- Plan for streamlined & smooth resolution of issues & continuous improvement of IT solutions post deployment. Define and mobilize the SOP & Governance model for the same.Build strong relationships with business teams and their leaders and develop a deep understanding of their issues & challenges and provide timely resolution.

**Internal**:Business Function Heads, Business Project Champions, VP-IT, Director-IT, Technical Delivery Teams, Global IT leadership.

**QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of information technology experience, in consulting, delivery and maintenance of large-scale ERP, SAAS, Analytics platforms.
- 5+ years of demonstrated track record of partnering with business & IT stakeholders in complex organizational context to deliver multiple complex transformation projects.
- Experience of working for Manufacturing, Durable Consumer Goods, FMCG, Retail Industry.***

**SKILL SET**:

- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Analytics platforms such as Azure & PowerBI, SAAS and IT/OT Technologies in Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing Operations.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain planning (IBP/Kinaxix/such tools), Order Management Systems, Logistics, Transportation Management Systems, Supply Chain Analytics.
