You will be responsible for supporting the supply chain operations by ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials, goods, and services. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, processing orders, and assisting in the overall optimization of the supply chain processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process purchase orders and follow up on order status with suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments to manage order requirements and timelines.
- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Communicate with suppliers to manage relationships and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to improve service levels.
- **Logistics Support**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Track shipments and address any delays or issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and costs.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing documentation required for imports, exports, and customs.
