Title: Operations Executive (Transport coordinator)

Location: Bangalore, India

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and ensure smooth running of all transport-related activities.

Plan and coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Manage a team of drivers and provide guidance and support as needed.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare reports on transportation activities, including performance metrics and cost analysis.

Address customer complaints and resolve any operational issues that arise.

**Requirements**:
2+ years of experience in transportation operations, with experience in a leadership role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
