The ideal candidate should have strong experience in logistics or transportation business development, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across assigned regions.- Identify and convert potential leads into profitable business partnerships.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth.- Recruit, train, and monitor marketing executives to achieve regional goals.- Conduct regular market surveys to identify competitor strategies, pricing trends, and potential expansion routes.- Plan and execute regional marketing and brand promotion activities to increase visibility and customer engagement.- Analyze customer needs and provide suitable logistics solutions aligned with company offerings.- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service quality and timely delivery.- Prepare and present periodic business performance reports and forecasts to senior management.- Explore and establish partnerships with new clients and key business segments.Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics, transport, or related sectors.- Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.- Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and within deadlines.
