We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee employee transportation operations. This role involves managing daily transport schedules, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of employees between designated locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage daily employee transport schedules across shifts and locations
  • Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure vehicle availability
  • Monitor real-time vehicle movement and resolve delays or route issues
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, driver logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company transport policies
  • Handle employee queries and feedback related to transport services
  • Optimize routes and vehicle usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency
  • Prepare regular reports on transport performance and vendor SLAs

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management software
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings
  • Knowledge of local transport regulations and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
