About
NVS Travel Solutions is an 18-year-old, ₹65 crore company providing employee transportation services to several leading organizations across Bangalore. As part of our expanding operations team, we are looking for a Transport Executive (Fleet Tracking) to manage live vehicle tracking, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth and disciplined transport operations.

Pre-requisites

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle tracking, including at least 1 year each in cab tracking and bus tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with GPS tracking software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
  • Must be able to speak Kannada fluently.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  • Call and confirm driver login status before trip start time.

  • Monitor and report on:

  • Speed violations

  • Abnormal or unauthorised vehicle usage
  • GPS kilometre vs odometer readings

  • GPS and camera performance reports

  • Ensure clear communication and close coordination with drivers, operations, and client teams.

  • Maintain timely and accurate tracking data and reports.
