Job Objective

To manage and monitor day-to-day employee transportation operations through the Command Center, ensuring incident management, compliance, and smooth functioning of transport services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor end-to-end employee transport operations via the Command Center.
  • Handle incident management log incidents, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Track vehicle movement, routing, and adherence to schedules in real time.
  • Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and employees to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and transport governance protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to trips, incidents, and compliance.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–5 years of experience in transport operations / command center / incident management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and transport management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Knowledge of incident reporting and escalation processes.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
