We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee employee transportation operations. This role involves managing daily transport schedules, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of employees between designated locations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage daily employee transport schedules across shifts and locations
- Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure vehicle availability
- Monitor real-time vehicle movement and resolve delays or route issues
- Maintain accurate records of routes, driver logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company transport policies
- Handle employee queries and feedback related to transport services
- Optimize routes and vehicle usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on transport performance and vendor SLAs

**Requirements & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management software
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and safety protocols

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
