Role: Transport Executive (Employee Transportation)

Work Location: Bangalore

**Qualification: Degree Mandatory**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing daily commute of employees from/to office
- Tracking for all cabs to ensure OTA as per standard
- Tracking of cabs as per operational requirements.
- Monitoring the cab routing/tracking
- Coordinating with vendor for pickups/drop
- Tracking for absent cabs and coordinating with vendors for arranging backup cabs.
- Coordinating with vendors for cabs buses for events, special arrangements, VIP Visits, at onsite or offsite.
- Coordinating with vendors and managing Interoffice shuttle service.
- Assist Employees in all emergency situations.
- Maintain fleet as per the defined requirement.
- Coordinate with the vendor supervisor for accurate fleet reports and smooth function of transport operation.
- Support employees on ground for pickup/drop queries.
- Provide driver briefing as per the defined guidelines.
- Generate Pickup/Drop routes and equally distribute to vendors.
- Key responsibility to plan sufficient time in B2B trips.
- Cab/occupancy should be maintained as per SLA.
- Manage routes to be generated as per policy.
- Monitor each request received from the employee/help-desk related to routing.

**Salary**: ₹48,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
