The zonal offices are strategically in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune and Hyderabad

**Responsibilities**
- To operate the organizations ETS (Employee Transport Services) vertical to provide a comprehensive solution for managing this business on an all-India basis, streamline commute, improve employee satisfaction, and enhance overall efficiency.
- **To Improve** our department's efficiency and reduce transportation costs through Game Changing ideas and their effective implementation for a robust ETS vertical.
- **Increase awareness**: Make the ETS business offering known very well within the target audience (HODs, HR personnel, and other relevant decision-makers).
- **Generate leads**: Encourage potential clients to request demos and further information about our ETS.
- **Drive adoption**:Ultimately, see increased client adoption of the ETS facility
- **Increase business** to achieve aggressive targets
- **Efficiency**: Ensure our ETS streamlines the overall transportation process, saving time and resources.
- **Cost-effectiveness**: Reduce the dept’s expenses by optimizing route planning, vehicle usage, and fuel consumption.
- **Increase Employee satisfaction**: Improve commute experience leading to increased employee morale and productivity and increased business.
- **Safety**: Enhance security and real-time tracking to ensure employee safety.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to the transportation regulations and safety standards.
- **Scalability**: Customize our services to meet the unique needs of different organizations and employee populations.
- **Enhance Safety**: Provide Real-time tracking, emergency response features, and adherence to safety regulations enhance employee safety.

**Qualifications**

Graduates

**Experience** - At least 8/10 years of relevant experience in the ETS business, handling buses, tempo travelers, etc. With a host of effective connections in the corporate world as also with transport agencies.

Pay: ₹145,000.00 per month
