**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and provide personalized recommendations for IT solutions.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to effectively demonstrate the value of our IT products and services to clients.
**Presentations & Demos**: Conduct product presentations, webinars, and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how our IT solutions address their specific needs.
**Negotiation & Closing**: Lead negotiations and handle objections in a professional manner, working towards closing sales and securing contracts.
**Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Work closely with technical experts and solution architects to understand the client's requirements and ensure successful implementation of the proposed solution.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and report regularly on sales pipeline, forecasts, and activity to senior management.
**Market Research**: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and ensure our products and services remain competitive.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in IT sales or technology solutions, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Understanding of IT Products & Solutions: Knowledge of software, hardware, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions is essential.
**Technical Knowledge**: Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate them into value propositions for clients.
**Consultative Selling Skills**: Ability to identify customer pain points and provide tailored IT solutions that meet their business needs.
**Communication Skills**:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in an understandable and persuasive way.
**Negotiation Skills**: Experience in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals with clients of all sizes.
**CRM Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
**Relationship Building**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
**Time Management & Organization**: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
**Customer Focus**: A customer-first mindset, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Certifications (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
Experience with Cloud Computing & SaaS Solutions: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a strong advantage.
Experience with Enterprise Solutions: Prior experience in selling enterprise IT solutions and services to large organizations is a plus.
Multilingual Abilities: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if working in international markets.

**Education & Experience**:
Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in IT sales or a similar role.
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets within the IT industry.
Experience working with enterprise clients and managing complex sales cycles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
